外国人専用窓口オープン！

外国ルーツのおうちの方だけでなく、学校の方にも朗報！配布プリント類の訳をお願いできますね！

別府市役所では2015年5月8日より外国人専用窓口を設置します。下記内容のご相談など、お困りの方は英語でアシストしますのでお越し下さい。

We will set up a help desk for foreign residents from May 8th, 2015. The attendant is an English speaker who will assist you on subjects such as:

例えば・・・

• enrollment to childcare centers （保育所などの入所手続き）
• applying to support for school expenses 　（就学支援制度への申請）
• completing school related documents 　（学校関係の書類などの記入）
• registration or change of ownership of a motorbike　（バイクなどの名義変更）
• assistance on interpretation of miscellaneous documents in Japanese 　（日本語の文章等の英訳お手伝い）

We can be of assistance if you visit us during the below period. A reservation in advance is not necessary, but there may be times when you may have to wait your turn when it is busy. Thank you for your understanding on this condition in advance.
